As an independent company within the Art-Invest Group, Art-Invest Real Estate Property Management GmbH operates with offices in Berlin, Dusseldorf, Hamburg, Frankfurt and Munich. The property management is in charge of the existing properties of the individual property companies and funds. It works closely with the asset and fund management. The entire portfolio period is covered, from acquisition to sale. The Property Management acts as the first point of contact for tenants, service providers and utilities during the property’s utilization phase – and monitors and implements compliance with all contractual terms.
