In September 2012, Art-Invest Real Estate Funds GmbH was granted permission by the German Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) to launch and manage open-ended real estate funds.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Since its inception, Art-Invest Real Estate has acted as a regulated fund manager on a fiduciary basis for institutional investors such as pension funds, foundations, insurance companies, banks, and family offices. In October 2014, the company received BaFin approval as a capital management company under the German Investment Code (KAGB).<\/p>\n

Our investors\u2019 interests are at the heart of everything we do. We proactively prevent potential conflicts of interest by ensuring that the investment vehicles we launch and manage are complementary in terms of timing, investment profile, and asset type. Beyond meeting all regulatory requirements, our primary focus remains on delivering successful asset management.<\/p>\n

Our product portfolio spans office and commercial properties, hotels, and retail assets. Under the revised regulatory framework, we are also authorized to utilize new investment structures, such as investment limited partnerships.<\/p>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n

Marketable categorizations of real estate strategies often describe the current status of the letting situation and the quality of the asset and do not correlate with the long-term investment risk. Our goal is to create core real estate. We call this strategy “Manage to Core”. We invest exclusively in very good locations and improve the quality of the property there.<\/p>\n\n
