The Barkarby Retail Park is located in the middle of one of Sweden’s largest construction projects, Barkarbystaden. The associated buildings have more than 37,000 m² of retail space and are home to, among other things, Stockholm Quality Outlet, Sweden’s largest outlet centre, which houses well-known brands such as Nike, Tommy Hilfiger and WMF. Other strong retail companies such as Jysk and Rusta are also located on the site. The project represents the first purchase by Art-Invest Real Estate’s Swedish subsidiary and offers optimal space for long-term development.
