Since then, Art-Invest Real Estate has been acting as a regulated fund manager on a fiduciary basis for institutional investors such as pension funds, pension schemes, foundations, insurance companies, banks/savings banks or family offices. In October 2014, the company was then granted approval by BaFin as a capital management company in accordance with KAGB.

The interests of the investors are the focus of its activities. Close attention is paid to avoiding emerging conflicts of interest from the outset. For this reason, the portfolio approaches of the investment vehicles launched and managed by us are fundamentally complementary in terms of timing, investment profile and type of use. In addition to all investment law requirements, however, the successful asset management of Art-Invest Real Estate is the main focus.

The product spectrum ranges from office and commercial buildings to hotel investments and retail properties. Within the framework of the changed investment law framework, the company is now also permitted to use new investment vehicles (e. g. investment limited partnerships).
