Offices for the future
Amid exciting urbanity and in close proximity to Berlin’s most popular trendy neighborhoods, EASTON HOUSE forms an atmospheric center that radiates far into its surroundings. Since its acquisition in 2016 as City Carré, a comprehensive refurbishment has been realized: The approx. 46,000 SQM total area was upgraded to a state-of-the-art working environment for New Work requirements. Today, it offers modern offices and co-working spaces with 2,000 workstations.

Atrium for Friedrichshain
In principle, domes promise special spatial experiences. The EASTON HOUSE Berlin is no exception: the glass skylight spans 26 meters over the cylindrical atrium – creating a bright place for meetings and exchange in Berlin’s young trendy neighborhood. In the future, the complex will comprise a total of approx. 46,000 SQM of flexible space for working, shopping and gastronomy. Five atriums form the anchor points of the ensemble with a floor area of approx. 10,500 SQM.
Urban Junction
For modern tenants and creative minds, mobility is paramount. Numerous suburban trains connect EASTON HOUSE at Ostbahnhof with all points of the city: it is only two stops to Alexanderplatz and about 15 minutes to the main train station. There are many ICE direct connections to other metropolitan regions in Germany. The new airport BER can be reached by cab as well as with a direct S-Bahn connection in about 28 minutes.
