EASTON HOUSE IN DETAIL

In principle, domes promise special spatial experiences. In the future, the complex will comprise a total of approx. 46,000 SQM of flexible space for working, shopping and gastronomy. Five atriums form the anchor points of the ensemble with a floor area of approx. 10,500 SQM.

Urban Junction

For modern tenants and creative minds, mobility is paramount. Numerous suburban trains connect EASTON HOUSE at Ostbahnhof with all points of the city: it is only two stops to Alexanderplatz and about 15 minutes to the main train station. There are many ICE direct connections to other metropolitan regions in Germany. The new airport BER can be reached by cab as well as with a direct S-Bahn connection in about 28 minutes.
