In Stuttgart-West, directly opposite the Feuersee S-Bahn station, approx. 4,800 sqm of rental space will be created over the next few years for office and residential space, restaurants and parking. The complex on Rotebühlstrasse will create a modern location and residential area on a 2,560 sqm site, with spaces that are right in the middle of things and yet not in the hustle and bustle of the city center.
Proximity in every direction
No matter which destinations you want to go to, the distances remain short: The city center with Stuttgart’s Schloßplatz, one of the most beautiful squares in Europe, is only 15 minutes away on foot. By streetcar and bus it is only about 15 minutes to the opera and theater. For those who want to go further: By S-Bahn across the street or by car, you can get to Echterdingen Airport in about 25 minutes.
The Carré at the lake
The fire lake around the corner has not been extinguishing fires for a long time. On summer days, the lake with its renovated lakeside promenade provides refreshment for the entire neighborhood. After the extension of the shore with wide seating steps, the lake has become a popular meeting place in the neighborhood.
