The Bürocampus Wangen (BCW) is located directly next to the Wangener Höhe recreation area in Stuttgart’s east. As a leading high-tech and creative location with an international reputation, the Swabian metropolis is an innovation hotspot with a distinct start-up scene in sectors such as the automotive and technology industries as well as mechanical engineering. These industries are also reflected in BCW – the largest office agglomeration in the district. With more than 61,500 m2 of land and 51,100 m2 of usable space, the area offers space for offices, service, retail and storage areas as well as workshops.

The location has a commercial and industrial character due to its proximity to the Neckar harbor, and yet the city center of Wangen, which stretches along Ulmer Straße, is only 500 meters away. With the Wangener Höhe, the local recreation area is also not far away, which offers a moment of calm during the lunch break. In the immediate vicinity, the city centers of Wangen and Hedelfing are home to numerous restaurateurs, so that tenants and their employees are well catered for in terms of culinary delights. The gastronomic offerings range from bakeries to local pubs and restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the site. The considerable woodland area of around 27,000 m², which is part of the campus, also invites visitors to linger, relax and go for a walk.
Good accessibility for commuters
Thanks to a total of around 600 parking spaces and the subway stop located directly in front of the campus, the area is easy to reach for commuters by car as well as by public transport. The central location in the southeast of Stuttgart provides good connections to Stuttgart city center as well as to the airport and the A8 freeway.
