In addition to the Mercure Hotel, the five-story building houses approx. 6,500 sqm of commercial and residential units, which are let in particular to doctors, office users and various retailers. Through its branding as “Medicum Leipzig”, the building has increasingly established itself as a medical center and health center in the Graphisches Viertel district in recent years.
Traditional trade fair and trading city
The Mercure Hotel is located near Johannisplatz on the outskirts of the city center of the trade fair and trading city of Leipzig.
