I/D COLOGNE IM DETAIL

The new side of the Schanzenstraße

There is a lot of movement in Cologne-Mülheim. On the right bank of the Rhine on Mülheim’s Schanzenstraße, offices, hotels, restaurants and fitness areas provide the building blocks for the new quarter with 160,000 m² gross floor area. It is planned to create a new platform for modern companies, young start-ups and well-known players at the established office location Schanzenstraße.

Numerous connections

The location has an optimal connection to public transport as well as to individual car traffic. Over 2,000 parking slots create space for cars. Rail and bus stops with fast connections are located directly on the site, which, as a location between the mature districts of Mülheim and the important media, cultural and office location Schanzenstraße, represents an excellent link with the best location qualities.
