I/D Cologne is the project name for a new neighbourhood in an identity-forming and individual district. The site in Schanzenstraße was once the former Mulheim freight station. In the future, more than 7,000 people will work in the quarter, which will shape innovative concepts of work and life.

The new side of the Schanzenstraße

There is a lot of movement in Cologne-Mülheim. On the right bank of the Rhine on Mülheim’s Schanzenstraße, offices, hotels, restaurants and fitness areas provide the building blocks for the new quarter with 160,000 m² gross floor area. It is planned to create a new platform for modern companies, young start-ups and well-known players at the established office location Schanzenstraße.
