IMMERMANNHOF IN DETAIL
Curtain up for the new city centre
During his lifetime Karl Leberecht Immermann (1796-1840) felt most at home on the stage in Dusseldorf. Temporarily, the lawyer, writer and playwright even took over the management of the theatre, which is within walking distance of the Immermannhof. With the inner city concept South-East, Düsseldorf is now upgrading this part of the city – as a modern stage for living and working.

The Court
The building has a total lettable space of approx. 22,106 m², of which approx. 18,400 m² is office space and approx. 3,100 m² is retail space. Furthermore, 286 parking spaces are available in the building’s own underground car park.
