Approx. 12,800 m² of floor space are available in the elegant office building with its 131 parking spaces. In the combination of office and communication zones, the employees can choose between interaction and retreat on three floors.
Fast network to the city
The location is ideally connected via the underground station Industriehof. Only three stops to the prehistory of the Senckenberg Museum, four stops to the banking district or five stops to the Alte Oper. The building’s own underground car park has space for more than 130 parking spaces – the building is also in the direct vicinity of the A66 and A44 motorways.
Main metropolis in transition
These are just two of many construction sites that will shape Frankfurt and its northwest for the next decade. The new Europaviertel is changing the face of the city.
