Since its inception, Art-Invest Real Estate has acted as a regulated fund manager on a fiduciary basis for institutional investors such as pension funds, foundations, insurance companies, banks, and family offices. In October 2014, the company received BaFin approval as a capital management company under the German Investment Code (KAGB).

Our investors’ interests are at the heart of everything we do. We proactively prevent potential conflicts of interest by ensuring that the investment vehicles we launch and manage are complementary in terms of timing, investment profile, and asset type. Beyond meeting all regulatory requirements, our primary focus remains on delivering successful asset management.

Our product portfolio spans office and commercial properties, hotels, and retail assets. Under the revised regulatory framework, we are also authorized to utilize new investment structures, such as investment limited partnerships.
